Workshop Description:

Many people find themselves in positions of responsibility with less or almost without any formal training resulting to staff demotivation and delayed productivity.

This two-day holistic leadership experience provides an understanding of the techniques required for excellent people management and at the same time gives leaders the confidence to use these techniques at the right time.

Participants practice the fundamental skills of how to manage and communicate more effectively based on the behavior styles of company employees. Participants learn to improve the productivity and job satisfaction by translating management and behavioral science concepts into practical steps.

The workshop is suitable for any person who has responsibility for managing a number of people at a functional level within an organization.
